3 inspections! we charged for every one of them. they kept finding front end problems shouldn't Shouldn't not have shown up when you're expected it the first time everything have shown up when you're expected it the first time? Brand new part had to be replaced within 100 miles and the guy who replaced it said they had to know about it because it was adjusted to make it seem passable instead of replacing a part that was under warranty before they gave it back to me. Taken my vehicles here multiple times and they are always honest and do a great job on any repairs needed. I had a check engine light on and the dealership told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't detect an exhaust leak which is what the readout was. Jeremys garage somehow managed to figure out it was a bad sensor and not a leak at all and fixed it. read more

We have used Jeremy's Garage twice - once for a total rebuild on our 04 Chevy Trailblazer, Jeremy's was honest and upfront on the pricing and work that needed to be done on the transmission and 4x4. We went back to him and had him fix a leak on our 2014 Chevy Cruise and in less than 1/2 day it was in and out of the shop oil leaked fixed. If I could give these people zero stars, I would. Do NOT take your vehicle to Jeremy's Garage, especially the location in Pueblo West. The place was well run and respectable 2-3 years ago when we last needed service; however, I recently took my commuter car in (2013 Chrysler 200) in a couple weeks back to have the brakes looked at, as I saw the brake light kick on a couple times for a minute or so. Took it in, they said not only do I need new brake pads, but I need new rotors - front and back. Estimate was ~$900. They also told me the car needed addt'l work, equating up to $1800. Red flag, right? So what do I do? I get TWO other opinions from other auto repair shops here in Pueblo West. BOTH shops told me that not only do I not need to change my brake pads for 6K-10K more miles, but I also don't need new rotors or the addt'l work they said we needed. In addition to this, they were also over charging us $400 to do the work! Both quoted us rotor + pad replacements at ~$500-$600. To add insult to injury, they also tried to pin a $50 diagnostic fee (which was not disclosed prior to taking it in). My wife comes in to pick the car up later that day and she proceeds to get harassed by THREE men in the lobby - one of which she believes to have been the manager - before they finally released the keys and told her "fine, whatever here's your **** keys". If you want to get ripped off and treated like dirt, then this is the place for you. -G read more

Super friendly service. Got the car in fast and without an appointment. Complete downside they charged us $40 dollars to hook the car up to a diagnostic machine only to tell us they were not able to properly read the diagnostics letting us know it could be any number of problems based from the diagnostic codes. Yeah we already knew there was A Problem or we wouldn't have brought the car to a garage. So why do we owe you $40 for something Auto Zone could've done for free? Seriously we said it was a foreign model and asked if it was something they could work on. Only to be told to take it to a dealer at the cost of $40 dollars. On the bright side they had planned on charging $80 for a diagnostic test. Again something Auto Zone would've done for free. Lesson learned. read more

Was recommended by someone to go here but regretted it completely after they "fixed" my car. My car was in their shop for an oil pan leak and when I drove my car to work the next day I had a major radiator leak. Why are their mechanics touching areas that don't even relate to the problem their fixing? This is clearly how they get try to get repeat customers... by trying to create other problems while fixing the ones you initially brought your car in for. I will never go back here again. Recently bought a set of tires here for my car. The tech told me the air pressure sensor was defective. Estimate was $160 to replace a single sensor. Declined that service. Took car to a different garage a week later to get second opinion on the sensor. It was fine. Have had no issues with any of the sensors. Disappointed with Jeremy's Garage. Seems to be an integrity issue there. Will not return and will share my experience with everyone I know. read more

Do not get your vehicle repaired at Jeremy's Garage! I just took in my vehicle to get my air conditioner fixed and Robert charged me for a cabin filter that I asked not to be put in. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the battery was dead. I could not even get into the vehicle. Robert tried to tell me that I brought in the vehicle that way. My battery and alternator are both new and would not have been dead. Come to find out Jeff the manager stated that Robert left the car in accessory mode and my battery died while it was waiting for it to be looked at. Robert also told me that my vehicle had 10 actuators when in fact it only has 5. He caught himself in a lie. Poor customer service, unknowledgeable staff, and worst experience I ever had at a mechanics shop. read more

I got a stupid quote for replacing the engine in my car (C&J, Salida, Co see my review), and I just KNEW that there must be a better garage within a 100 miles of Salida that wasn't going to gouge me because I was 1. from out of town, 2. a woman. I called the people I worked with at Parkview in Pueblo last year and they recommended Jeremy's. They not only got my car done BEFORE they said it would be, they came in within the price range they quoted me on the phone, including putting in a new alternator. I explained my situation of having to drive a rental car back to Grand Junction after I got my car back from them, and I think they pushed my job to get it done sooner....MOST appreciated! Any time I spoke with them on the phone about progress of the job they were polite, professional and acted like they knew who I was, unlike the other shop I dealt with in Salida. Their waiting room was clean, organized, comfortable, their personnel dressed for work (name tags, similar uniform shirts, well groomed, smiling) overall very professional in their dealing with me and the encounters I observed with them and other customers. They replaced the engine for me in August 2016, after I lost oil from a rock to the oilpan (engine seize). Engine is running great and I will DEFINITELY visit them for service next time I'm going through Pueblo. read more
