My husband and I had this company replace our front porch steps and sidewalk in early March and found the employees to be hard working and very polite. They did an excellent job on the concrete work itself, including the stamping that was done.
Stan, however, is another story. We requested, more than once and from the beginning, that the concrete not be gray in color. On the day the concrete was to be sealed, we phoned Stan just to be sure the sealant wasn't gray. We were assured by Stan that it was not. It was. As gray as gray can be. Thus began a three month process of trying to get Stan to correct it. At one point he admitted it was his error and seven more weeks passed with no word, no correction. Last week, we requested a partial refund of the $8,000 we paid and were told that he would not return any of the money for a job that was not "exactly" the color we wanted. It was in fact, the exact opposite color. He then said someone would come and paint it, as if we would have any trust left in him at all. Be warned. He does not keep his promises.
