It is notable that the photographer took some really excellent photos of the home and we received above asking price on the house. It is even more notable that we had actually hired a realtor before Kyle and the process was an awful mess and we found out the hard way that the right agent truly makes all the difference. The first agent couldn't even sell our house below asking price, even after 6 months, whereas Kyle sold it above that price and all was finalized in something like 6 weeks, start to finish. The first couldn't get anyone to show up for showings, whereas Kyle had too many people to count and multiple offers. Needless to say, we would use him again with no hesitation!
