Three weeks after closing, I made a visit to the local property valuation office to see if they could help me determine if a nearby creek ran through our property. Within 5 minutes, they informed me that they were surprised that the property had even sold, because the driveway and outbuilding were NOT located on the property Mr. Gibson sold. We tried to work quietly with Mr. Gibson for several months after discovering the issue, but he quit responding. Although administrative and civil cases have since been filed against Mr. Gibson, we have received no relief from him or his insurance company. We continue to pay mortgages on our current home, the property Mr. Gibson sold us, as well as incur many thousands in expenses, and there appears to be NO END IN SIGHT. Based on my experience, you should NOT trust this realtor to act in your best interest.

It is even more notable that we had actually hired a realtor before Kyle and the process was an awful mess and we found out the hard way that the right agent truly makes all the difference. The first agent couldn't even sell our house below asking price, even after 6 months, whereas Kyle sold it above that price and all was finalized in something like 6 weeks, start to finish. The first couldn't get anyone to show up for showings, whereas Kyle had too many people to count and multiple offers. Needless to say, we would use him again with no hesitation!
