This monstrosity was attached to a nice small masonry porch and covered a solid concrete staircase leading into the yard. The previous owners of our house used the area under the deck as a drop zone for junk like old coolers. In a day and a half, he tore down the deck, and removed and hauled away about two tons of debris. In addition, he installed two very nice, high-quality railings on the cement stairs.
