Omer was very professional, visiting the project site, offering solutions that enhanced the house while containing the total project cost. He completed the job but in the process cut a gas line which he assured me would be repaired same day. He also repaired the sprinkler line the landscaper "nicked" at no charge. Then he informed me there was an issue and he would have to come back to complete the job on another day. For whatever reason the line was still leaking and the coupling he ordered had been back ordered for several weeks (NOT HIS fault). This went on for several weeks but Jack continued to communicate with me and keep me in the loop regarding the repair. He ended up having to hire someone else to complete the job (which is totally fine). This all took place from 8/25/22 until the gas line was finally fixed on 10/22/22 and he reminded me of the remaining balance due of $350. On 10/23/22 I received 2 txt mssgs. Sunday @ 11:14am: "Good morning (my name), checking in to see if you can send this payment today. Sunday @ 10:00pm: "If I'm not payed by tomorrow I'll be submitting this to small claims court." Imagine my surprise when I get these messages after LANDING FROM MY FLIGHT. I was understandably frustrated with Jack b/c the gas line he cut was for my pool and outdoor grill. My kids were not able to use their pool for the rest of the summer and 1 big holiday gathering I had planned was ruined. I think Jack has a thing or two to learn regarding customer service. I never refused to pay him, not once. I was traveling the weekend he FINALLY completed the job and just didn't get the messages until I got home. I paid Jack what I owed him but I will never work with him again, not because of the damage to the gas line, that happens, but because of his ridiculous tone deaf text mssg. It took him 2 months to complete the job but he threatened to take me to small claims court for a job he completed 24 HOURS PRIOR.
