The insurance company did get through to him once after trying for weeks to request an itemized invoice of the work done he told them "why would I waste my time". He accused me of putting paper towels down my drain and once it was shown one of his contractors did it he very reluctantly paid the bill for the snaking of my plumbing line. The insurance company will only cover $4,600 of the $10,000 cost Mike Moye quoted without an itemized invoice. So the owner is petty, vindictive and the definition of a con man.
