We have framing up but no trusses or roof. Our driveway is all busted up. Our retaining wall hasn't been built, supposed to be 10-11ft tall. We have huge rocks all over our yard from the excavating. They abandoned us. We can't reach Tom Watkins in person or by phone. No building permits are on file at the courthouse under our address. Tom Watkins is a scamming thief. Why isn't he in prison. This is theft! We aren't the only victims either. He got $138k to build a barn and left them too. He got a $40k down payment from someone else about 4 weeks ago. He also abandoned some of our friends in Kingston. They owe a subcontractor over $40k for work they have already done at multiple addresses, including our house.
