We kept with them because we simply didn't have time to find someone new and start all over. They accepted our feedback each time but the cleaning never became consistently good. I felt we were paying top dollar and they were not cleaning thoroughly or according to the contract. Simple dusting was missed again and again. I would not recommend Tidy Time savers. Even after that length of time and giving them plenty of opportunity, the services were less than acceptable.
