Our washer had a nervous breakdown and habitually flung itself against the wall and then do the hula. Fortunately Kevin had a word with her, replaced her springs and now she calmly sits in the corner and hums. Anyone interested in a square shaped hula skirt, slightly used? Cheap. Seriously, great service, personable staff and reasonable fee. Highly recommended . read more

Charged me 300 for a 20 dollar part replacement that took all of 15 minutes, texted the owner to get a response, nothing.

Had an issue with new Electrolux dryer making noise. Claudio from B&C came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. Took the time to explain the components and their functions. Parts were ordered and were installed in a second visit very efficiently. Problem was fixed. Making the effort to explain what was wrong and the disassembly and reassembly steps was most appreciated. read more
