Never heard back, pinged Travis via email on the 25th of Nov asking if, "anyone was home". Travis finally emailed me a price along with install price on Nov 26th. I emailed back the same day saying I just wanted to order the opener and didn't need the install. Also asked how to proceed with the order. Never heard back. Pinged again. Never heard back. Called and left him another voicemail..by now I'm a bit pissed for all the screwing around as reflected in my voicemail. Never heard back but by now I wasn't really expecting to. The quality of their work was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our concerns; making sure the doing the job was done right, not just completed. What started as a stressful and discouraging situation turned into such a positive experience because Jeremy and his crew. We're incredibly grateful professionalism and mindfulness they showed throughout the whole process. It's not easy to find contractors you can fully trust, and we feel so lucky to have found them when we needed help the most. We plan to use their services for our kitchen remodel next fall. I have proof and this is just to make people aware of his lack of professionalism*** Not only did they fail to complete the home project, but they abandoned it halfway through, leaving us with shoddy workmanship and a mess to clean up, for example, excrement left by one of his workers in the toilet (when water was cut) for weeks. No apologies, and they took days to remove it. They also damaged the garage door, by backing their truck, and never had the intention to fix it. There was zero time management or supervision, leading to constant delays and excuses. So many excuses. The quality of their work was appalling, with obvious signs of incompetence at every turn. Jeremie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. For a veteran who is supposed to be Military family- friendly, it was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the headache and avoid Joat services at all costs. They failed to deliver on every promise they made.
