I left a voicemail with a request to buy. No one called back. Sent an email Nov 22nd with a request to buy, with model info and chain rail length. Never heard back, pinged Travis via email on the 25th of Nov asking if, "anyone was home". Travis finally emailed me a price along with install price on Nov 26th. I emailed back the same day saying I just wanted to order the opener and didn't need the install. Also asked how to proceed with the order. Never heard back. Pinged again. Never heard back. Called and left him another voicemail..by now I'm a bit pissed for all the screwing around as reflected in my voicemail. Never heard back but by now I wasn't really expecting to.
