Went in to obtain more butterfly plants as a few passed away during the heat wave! We were greeted so warmly by "Dagger" & she was incredibly sweet & helpful! The nursery is beautiful & spread out as to not appear crowded in any way. Once we made our selections - it occurred to us that we had forgotten our coupon so she was kind enough to hold everything until we came back a little later in the day. Upon our return, we made even more selections & were checked out by Shilo. She was such a pleasure to work with as well. She even wrote down her name, etc if we had any questions down the road about ANYTHING. I don't have a green thumb in my body & I will ALWAYS under/over water a plant but I just LOVE this place! It turns out it is where we bought the tangerine plants last year. I wasn't at the nursery at that time so I was unaware. Completely impressed by their great service, their cleanliness and their selection! We will be back!! read more

Last year I bought a palm and was told it was guaranteed since they planted it. I contacted them early fall last year and they said they were really busy. I contacted them again in November 2018 and they said they exchange my palm since the staff member said it had rot. I didn't hear from them so I went down there today (4 May 2019) to find out what was going on. I talked to Mandy. She was very short with me asking did you use cooper fertilize, did you use epson salt... I told her I had tried everything. She looked up my order and said I wasn't charged enough for delivery last year and just kept complaining about my issue. She then said their nursery doesn't guarantee palms... now why after all this time would I pursue this problem if I was told originally that they don't guarantee palms? I was told when I bought it they guarantee their palms for one year from date of purchase if they plant it in your yard. I find Mandy's attitude very disturbing dealing with the public. She made me feel that my issue was not important. She basically blew me off and went into the office letting me stand in the rain. This nursery has beautiful plants and flowers but Mandy needs lessons in customer service! When you are told your palm is guaranteed then a year later Mandy says palms are not guaranteed-I would not have pursued this issue if I was originally told palms aren't guaranteed! read more

I have purchased quite a few plants and yard ornaments from B&C Nursery in Pace, FL. and recommended them to my daughter. She has lovely drift roses in the front of her house and wished to plant 2 more, to fill in vacant spots. She, her 9 month old baby and I went to B&C where she purchased 7 azaleas and 2 drift roses, which a helper at B&C chose for her as "very healthy". She planted the azaleas as well as the roses, which, though she noticed had some yellow spotted leaves, she felt, given the assurance of the helper, that once planted, would thrive. This was last week. The azaleas are fine....the roses are all yellow and sick, one basically dead and the other on it's last leg. The response I received from the owner was that since they didn't plant the roses, there is no recourse. My daughter, who never would have gone to B&C without my recommendation, was offered a 20% discount for new roses which may well be also diseased. We were also told not to return the diseased ones. And they were diseased when purchased, hopefully her lovely established ones will not be contaminated. Never, ever would I recommend B&C Nursery in Pace, Fl. and I would advise anyone who has purchased roses there to be aware of the possibility of infecting your established plants. Obviously, B&C has those same concerns. They don't want to see their sick and contagious roses ever again. Beware! read more

We had large bushes removed in both our front and back yard and they did a good job at digging them out. We purchased bushes to replace them in both the front and back. There were supposed to be 7 bushes in the back and while I was watching out front they only planted 6. When I questioned the lady supervising she said 7 didn't look right so she told them to only plant the 6. I explained I wanted and paid for 7, she did go back and have them dig them all up and plant the seven as we had planned. This had all been discussed during the planning session when I went in and asked for a break down of all costs since the estimate I was give was just a total. When she broke every thing down on the estimate and we added bushes it came to less then the original price. During the removal and planting of the new bushes, I asked about the cost of removing 3 royal palms and replacing them with Sabal palm and she said she would work something up and get right back to me. Never heard from her. I then, 6 weeks later went into the nursery and explained what transpired and said she would give the new request to someone else. We went out to the nursery garden , was looking around and the original sales lady came up to me and asked why I didn't just call her and remind her. I answered by saying it was supposed to be follow up on her part and I shouldn't have had to track her down. Forward.. new person came out and again, then sent an blanket estimate. This time we shopped around for prices and two different companies came in lower with full break downs for pricing and guarantees. It is a beautiful nursery, but we won't be back. One should know what they are paying for and then recieve what they paid for. read more

Love this beautiful nursery staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The plants are beautifully taken care of I found a dragon fruit and cream blueberry here reasonably priced. I'm very excited to get home and plant. If you take your service dog Beware of the attack kitty he's a big boy and not afraid of dogs he'll come out and like a boxer ready to fight. read more

Top notch! They had some really great citrus trees that I purchased; after 2 days I noticed I had a bug issue and went in to get some bug spray. Instead, they sent a horticulturist out and sprayed my trees for me. Went in a few weeks later to get some new plants to spruce up the backyard and found some blueberry bushes and mums along with plenty of advice on care. We will be back! read more

Personally, I despise online reviews. I could not help myself when I accidentally ran across the reviews for this business. They were not good. I am a nutso gardener, there is not a nursery in Northwest Florida I have not been to. And I'm telling you, B & C is top notch. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They are always Jonny on the spot to help you and help load your car. The plants are well maintained. I do not believe I have ever bought a plant from them with a weed in the pot. If you cannot find it, chances are they have it. I cannot fathom why anybody would rate this business poorly. I am glad to have them as our neighborhood nursery ! read more

I called this nursery on Monday to get someone to come out and give me a quote on landscaping and an outdoor kitchen. I was told there was only one person who handled that and he would call me back to get the address. Today is Friday and I have not heard from anyone at this company. I don't understand how some people stay in business when they can't provide efficient customer service. read more

Had these guys come and so some sod for my back yard. They ran over my generator line with their equipment and caused damage. Asked them to pay half of the repairs. The gal in charge of the project said she would talk to her boss. They never got back to me. read more

This place is a great local nursery and lawn and landscaping service. They are fair, friendly, respectful and provide a quality product. I have used them for everything from resoding my lawn, extracting unwanted running bamboo, remove and replace a privacy fence, redesign of backyard landscape to include a beautiful patio with pavers, and moving large plants/bushes... They are always my goto business for all outdoor projects! read more

Multiple issues. Standing water on pavers, multiple dead palms that they installed (4), bricks falling off outdoor BBQ, non code installed outdoor lighting missing conduit that was caught a foot off the wall but the mowers risking our children of electric shock. We have called, and said we would receive a call back. After multiple tries we are done. Will reach out to another local service. read more

I contacted this company to create a design for yard. The young lady came out and said she would have something (estimate/design) next week. She emailed me on the 20th indicating she working on it. On the 21st I saw her email and replied to her design questions. On the morning of the 6th I emailed about the price to get my front yard completed first. Later that evening she replied that her notes were at work and she would reply in the morning when she got to work. I emailed her back on the 9th after I didn't get a reply on the 7th as she promised. Later that day she replied she'd been sick and would get me the information on Monday the 11th. I wished her a speedy recovery and waited for her reply. Giving her time to recover I didn't contact her again until the 21st. I asked what the status of the job was. She replied "The request for just front block, weed barrier and lights were emailed on 3/9. I replied " I don't understand who was emailed?".She said check your spam it was emailed to the same email. I said nothings in my spam please resend email. I haven't received a reply. I had high hopes for this company but their customer service is awful. I would expect a company to follow up with customers if you say one thing "have it for you Monday" then supposedly sent the same day. I'm not sure why they didn't want my business. read more

First off, I don't generally leave reviews online because frankly my day is way too busy and rarely have even 10 minutes to myself. However, after the treatment I got a few days ago I felt compelled to MAKE the time to leave this review. My experience has festered in my head for days and feel this may be my closure. That being said, here goes...The other day I was given the task by my husband to give our new home a new landscape. I was SO excited. Perhaps too excited because I went to closest place to our new home instead of searching around. And yes, it was B & C nursery. I was greeted by a woman, I say greeted, but actually had to work for her attention which I quickly regretted because when I said excuse me(for the third time) she said "Yeah?" Not hello or good morning, just "Yeah?" and I began to tell her about my new home and how excited I was about moving in and she cut me off and said "What do you need?" OMG I could go on and on with more of her rude and unprofessional attitude but sufficed to say, I left there so upset that there is NO way I can understand how this woman is even in a position to deal with customer service. When I asked her name, she cocked her head to the side and said "Mandy" (not even sure if that is her real name as there were no name tags). Their plants were very beautiful but her attitude was extremely ugly. read more
