Your technician (not some other company-checked my call log) scheduled twice and was a no-show both times and did not call me- I had to call him. I resent your inplication that I was mistaken or lying. Your technician quoted $350, which is competitive where I live. As you mentioned, your phone ran out of power and disconnected me. We hired J & W Construction to put on Gutter Screens. Two young men arrived in the morning and…read moreworked until noon. Then, they left without saying anything. They left tools and pieces of gutter screen on the roof, so I assumed they were taking a lunch break; they never returned. Since parts of our roof are quite high, there was no way to verify if the work had been completed. After a couple of days, we called the company to ask if they were done with the installation. They said they would send someone out to check. Months went by. Nothing. Then we got a bill in the mail. We called again and asked if they had completed the work and if so, if they could please come by and remove the things they left behind. They said they would send someone by who would verify that the work had been complete and would remove the tools and pieces of screens. Nothing. Two months went by, the tools disappeared, but the pieces of gutter screen that were scattered all over our roof were never removed. I received a bill with a $200 late fee for non-payment and a note that said if it was not paid in full in two weeks, they would place a lien on the property. When asked if the work had been complete, they said, I'm not sure, I'll send someone by to check. When I complained about the $200 late fee, they said they would waive it if we paid the the original bill in full. So, I paid my bill to avoid a court case. At the very least the lower gutters have the screen on them, but I still don't know if the work on the upper gutters was ever completed.

Called insurance, they referred us to Aspen. Dave Miller is our contract guy. Dave has been great. From checking immediately if we need tarped, to informing us each step of the way, getting bid, hiring contractors for roof and gutter. Meeting us evenings, and working weekends. One year ago Dultmeier tore out our driveway and garage concrete and repaved both. The job was…read morestarted about 2 months after promised date, but once begun Tom Dultmeier seemed very competent, pleasant and efficient. Tom promised that if any cracks developed, he would be able to repair cracks. We have cracks that began this spring (7 months after job). Tom promised to come and fix the cracks. I have called every few weeks since the spring. Again Tom is pleasant and gives me a date for repair. It's now the end of September and we have cracks in our driveway and garage and Tom is not returning calls. After this very large investment and poor results, we do not recommend Dultmeier Concrete!
