Frank is very personable, explained all areas of interest which would raise flags, which items should be given immediate attention and others which were normal settling such as vertical/horizontal cracking. His suggestions of benefits such as additional attic insulation, drainage away from the foundation, etc., put us at ease that nothing serious was noticed, just maintaining good maintenance practices. Frank made sure all our questions were answered and stated not to hesitate to contact him for any issues in the future prior to hiring someone. Highly recommend 'PST ENGINEERING'.

She also lectured me about the training that engineers receive after I told her about another company that I have coming to inspect my home. She was incredibly rude and patronizing.
