I had a great experience with communication and flexibility with Joe, that when I had another fender bender, I had to search for Joe as he moved. As a disclaimer, the 1st incident was hail damage and my neighbor backed into my car, so it wasn't my fault... As expected, Joe took care of the car and kept me up to date. They were willing to pick me up if needed. The car was detailed and the inside cleaned. Overall it is a great experience and he is willing to work with you on certain aspects. Highly recommend.

By far the worst quality repairs and attention to details I have ever seen from a shop. I had to…read morerefuse my truck twice before they would look into the obvious issues with my trucks bent axle. (eventually proven and replaced). Along with leaving trash in my truck and other halfway repairs, they scratching my tailgate (to bare metal), they broke my license plate light housing, incorrectly installed fender flares, and they did not prep my new chrome bumper before spraying with bedliner so a year later it is all chipping/peeling away (unknown that they did this until it started coming off). One of the reasons I refused the truck the first time was for less than full coverage of bedliner on other body panels (could see body paint underneath). Im assuming since I forced them to actually do their job on those panels, they had to halfway do the bumper to make up. I guess they've got to find somewhere to cut corners, right? I had to act as an inspector/technician through the entire process, documenting everything to prove something was wrong or that the job was incomplete (still have all the documentation), and make sure they actually did what they said they did. I was extremely patient/understanding with them through the entire process and wanted to work with them to make it right. I thought I did until seeing the bumper peeling. In the end, they still cut corners, on basically everything, and I'm the one who has to deal with it. Do yourself a favor, go someplace else.

Other than that I am extremely pleased with their work. They told me they would have it done within five business days. I took it in on Monday morning and got it back on Friday evening, roughly 30 minutes before they close. They sent someone to pick me up and he was so nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk also is so nice. Actually, everyone was nice and seemed really down to earth. They even did something that I didn't know they would do and which was a nice touch -- they vacuumed it out and had it looking all nice for me when I came to pick it up. I definitely would recommend them. They also worked with my insurance so that I didn't have that added stress. I can't really speak toward cost because it was $1,000 out of my pocket regardless since that's my deductible and insurance covered the rest. One other thing is unlike other shops I had contacted, I didn't have to drop it off with them for a day for them to give me an estimate. They did that initial estimate on my lunch break.

And George is a really, really, really good mechanic…read more He's honest, won't up-charge, won't up-sell, and if there's something he can't do, he'll let you know. I brag about this dude to anyone who even casually mentions that they're having issues with their vehicle. Right now I'm dealing with some obnoxious and shady nonsense with a car dealer, and the one silver lining in all of it has been that I got to witness firsthand how George was willing to go to bat for me because I was one of his customers. He did a full once-over on a used vehicle I was considering, and pointed out things on the vehicle that I had not noticed at first glance. He also gave me some advice on dealing with unscrupulous car dealers, and I didn't listen and now I'm dealing with the consequences, so even there he was right. And this has just further reinforced that he's the guy to go to for everything from standard maintenance work to full-on automotive body repair (e.g. check out the excellent work that he did on my brother's car). Something tells me I'm going to need to reach out to him again very soon. But again, because it's George, I'm actually not terribly annoyed about needing his mechanic abilities or having to spend my seemingly limited paycheck on car maintenance. Because he's not just a capable mechanic. He's a good, ethical, hard-working dude who also happens to be a capable mechanic. Trust George, you guys. He is good peoples.

Which makes me a great target for mechanics who want to rip me off. Combine that with my aging cars and you can almost hear the vultures circle. This is why George is such a godsend to me. When I visited him last time, he took a quick look over my car and quickly told me that I would be good not fixing anything for a while. Which is the thing that I most like in a mechanic. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and as my cars slowly circle the drain of time, I'm confident that he will tell me what needs to be fixed, what can be fixed, and when it is time to give up the ghost. George really is a magnificent find.

First time I picked the car up the locking mechanism on my driver door didn't work. I had to immediately take it back after just picking it up. I then took the car home a second time only to find that they did a poor job of installing a trim on my door. The trim looked banged up like it was hammered in place. I took it back a second time and they replaced the trim. The trim still looks hammered even the second time around. It's a shame because my car is only 3 years old and was in perfect condition prior to this accident. Finally had to take it back a third time!! While I was out in California on a road trip my back driver side door started having issues. First the door sensor fell out- probably from them not screwing it in properly. The screw was gone so I couldn't fix it. On that same door I noticed a gap on my inside door panel and an inner trim that after 6 months was peeling off. When I got back to Oklahoma and once again had to take the car back. The first two times I took them the car I had to spend money on an Uber to get home. All together I had a horrible experience with them. The paint was poorly done and doesn't match either. I had my other car hit shortly after this one and had body work done at a different body shop. Even though that car was 7 years old they still managed to match the paint pretty perfectly and they didn't miss any details. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this place. I much prefer the other body shop. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!
