So let me explain how I even came to find these folks and why I'm very glad I did.
If you're like me, you look for people not only good at what they do, you want to deal with people who are generally nice and well-rounded who are going to treat you well because that's who they are and it's just how they deal with people, probably not ONLY customers, but in everyday dealings with anyone.
It's harder and harder to find that anymore, no one wants to put in effort or treat others with respect, people barely make eye contact anymore.
These guys blew me away... right from the start they were nice and easy to talk to, they looked at the car while I was standing there and you could tell these people really wanted to fix the body work... some people simply enjoy their job and these guys fit that profile.
I brought them a car that I was expecting to hear something outrageous in terms of price or time... you brace yourself for the worst you know?
I had already brought the car to a big shop that turned me away because I wasn't coming to them with an insurance damage vehicle.
When I arrived, I was greeted with smiles that didn't seem forced, they put me at ease almost immediately by just being positive and letting me know they could handle the job I was bringing them. From there, they gave it a good look over and made me a VERY fair cost estimate.
I won't be tacky and talk about price, they are extremely talented and need to be able to maneuver around each individual customer's need and me barking out a price will only hinder that. I'll just say it was very fair.
Then, there's the communication... it was excellent! I had a question in between the time I dropped it off to the time I picked it and they were responsive, that's also rare these days.
Lastly, the quality of the work... I'll show you in these pictures Ive uploaded to the review, but I can tell you now, the damage was absolutely impossible to see and I picked up the car in bright skies where nothing could hide from view. Even the dents and paint issues where the door jambs meet the roof, you know, those tight, super hard to manuever in little gutters? Yeah, there was damage there too... not anymore... you can't even tell there was ever a single dent or issue at all.
In a nutshell, I'll be coming back to them with anything I need down the road and handing out all the business cards I can for them and letting those looking for a talented crew who follows traditional customer server values all about them far into the future.
