I had an appointment with a chevy dealership the next day to get fixed. The owner and driver of the Tow truck loaded my truck on his flat bed and left the ONLY thing he asked me was how to get back to the main roads we live in a very rural part of Ripley. Approximately 15 minutes later I get a text to call him he proceeds to tell me our truck bed cover which is hardshell flew off!! We have since tried to work with them, they stopped taking my call so my husband reached out and longer story short he is refusing to take responsibilty at first he said he isnt liable due to he isnt required to check if bed cover is locked or unlocked then he said he had to load truck on backwards aka WRONG WAY due to our RV slide was in his way!! I again was present the entire time not once did he ask about pulling in slides or securing anything on vehicle that may have needed to be checked before he left. We asked for their insurance to file a claim he refused so now we have to get authorities involved.
