We then moved to the barn for cocktails and snacks. It was beautiful! Not a rustic barn by any means, but we enjoyed drinks while saying "hi" to some lovely horses. The reception was in a large tent past the paddock areas. They had some lawn games, fire pits, and bathroom trailers available. We partied into the night and had lots of fun. Can't comment on price because we were guests and not involved in the planning, but it appeared very organized with lots of assistants ushering people from one area to another (or taking them on golf carts). The owner was even on site and took a turn escorting wayward guests on the cart to give his staff a break. We had BBQ which was not their normal caterer, but the bar staff worked for the venue, and knew their stuff. Very enjoyable night, beautiful venue.
