I used the drop off service and the woman I spoke to was very friendly! Said we could pick it up tomorrow. Cost was around $20, and it sucked not having my fav eagle blanket on my bed that night. But when I got it back the next day! It was so soft and clean! It even has this amazing smell to it that has lasted awhile now! They even offered to dry the blanket on low heat since I'm worried about shrinking. Love this place! Will definitely be bringing it back when the blanket is due for a spring cleaning!

I'm very picky with who touches my clothes but I trust them. Me and my fiancé will sometimes even do the laundry ourself and there's always washers and dryers available, making it convenient. And you don't run into rude people which I love I hate a ghetto set up. The one thing I don't like is the parking lot you have to deal with to get into this place. It isn't there fault but that's one thing I do hate. But otherwise I recommend this place , I really recommend the drop off service. Go check it out :) !

They picked up my two year old Claire Murray 9x7 rug that had 'A" urine spot on it from a small terrier. I asked them to clean and deodorize. Jody confirmed that they only use water to clean wool rugs. Two weeks later and thank God no money paid out - they returned my rug rolled up. I could tell from the outside, there was something not right. The back plastic padding had holes blown threw it from the pressure of the water. When I unrolled the rug, there was terrible damage to the color of the rug. The flowers where patchy and some were black. I called to report and sent photos of my findings. They did nothing. I sent another email and received one in response from Gary who just pointed his finger back at me and got rather aggressive. Do not use these folks - luckily I never gave them a cent although I did lose a $1400 rug.
