I had the pleasure of speaking with Lizzie twice and Katie once and while they are all business given the high volume of laundry they process, they also recognize the importance of customer service. The final product is spectacularly folded and placed in a clear plastic bag so you can see and find all your clothes easily. It also has a nice clean scent to it. Unfortunately, Brenda's attitude and the way she treated me completely changed my mind, she told me she would shut off the washer and kick me out and argued with me even after she saw the extra amount of space I had left in my washer, customers deserve to be treated with respect, not judged or made to feel unwelcome.
