I was in there today only because b&q didn't have what I wanted and the little blonde member of staff was so horrible to me when I asked for help, another customer helped me in the end as he heard the way she spoke to me. Something needs to be done about the staff in there. I have worked in shops myself and if I spoke and treated customers like they do I would have been sacked.

There is always enough parking and trolleys to place your items on. This is not a massive B & Q so may not have the items in stock that the bigger stores have. The garden centre is at the rear of the store and the staff have always been friendly and approachable. This maybe a common theme for B & Q but no matter how busy they only seem to have a couple of tills open and it is difficult to exit if you have not purchased anything
