They told me they would look at my mower to figure out what the issue was and call me before doing any work. They never called, they just did the work (install a new belt and do an oil change). Then they charged me 250 bucks for it, when it takes all of 30 min to do and 30 bucks worth of parts. I told them they were supposed to call first and that I don't want to overpay for something rhT simple and quick.
