I contracted with his company to have the Delta Ultra Pro II Backup Power System by Eco Flow installed at my home, and thus far I'm very pleased. This technology is so new that the County Inspector said mine was the third one he had seen. This was the first time Wes had installed one, and even though there were some minor complication(s) with the initial link up process; after much research and surprisingly excellent and timely responses from Eco Flow Customer Service regarding those issues, he was able to resolve them. A slight caveat; make darn certain that you research the system's capabilities and how you want to integrate it with your home. The technology can be a bit tricky, which means it's important to understand what it can do, and what it can't do. Wes explained to me that the two batteries I chose to start with should adequately suffice my power needs during an unexpected outage. So far, his assessment is on point. We had thunderstorm one night a few weeks ago, and our grid power went out. However, my wife and I didn't know that until we tried to turn on an electrical appliance that is not backed up by the Ultra Pro ll. Yes, the switch over was just that seamless. Definitely have a keen understanding of how many batteries will be required to sustain the residual operations you want powered once the power grid goes offline. Due to the cost, I decided to start with just two batteries, but plan to add another soon. I strongly recommend that once you're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing one, you won't regret it. He also did some adjustments to a light fixture and a second outlet that were installed not straight. He took less time than I expected. He was done with everything in about 90 minutes. He tested every smoke detector after installing them. We previously used one of these electrical and plumbing companies but we were not happy. I'm so glad we found Raleigh Electric. I got quotes from 4 other companies, all about $800-1200 for the same work. I paid less than $300 to Raleigh Electric for all this work.

I hired Ambidex electric to add two additional can lights and reroute my island light in my…read morekitchen. This involved rerunning some of the current can lighting to account for removing two previous lights. I had gotten a few quotes from various companies, a few in-person estimates from people who just didn't seem to know what they were talking about as well. However, Dayton, not only was able to quote based on my photos, his in-person quote came in exactly the same and was one of the most reasonable ones we got. He is extremely knowledgeable, was happy to walk me through everything he was doing, made sure to check and double check exactly where I wanted all the new lights, and kept me updated throughout the few hours he was here. After everything was done, the space was clean and all the lights exactly where I wanted them. He went out of his way to deal with funky wiring without missing a beat, and even clearly labeled all the wiring so we were able to install the remainder of the lights in the new holes (we had ceiling work done ater the fact so we waited to install a few ourselves) with NO confusion at all.
