The truck arrived at our house in about an hour, which was amazing since we live in the middle of a forest, along a dirt road! The gentleman that arrived was surprised that I had a gate that he could drive through to access the tank in our backyard. I had a slow leak which he was able to isolate to the line going to the unused RV hookup. He simply unhooked the union and installed a shutoff valve I had. He was also able to fill one of my 100# bottles that supply my generator. All-in-all he made it an enjoyable experience.

Suggested the BX series, a "Compact" tractor. The model on hand, a BX2380, had a belly mower and a front bucket. It used a hydrostatic transmission so it was easy to drive, had 4-wheel drive, turf tires, ROP bar, and it was my wife's favorite color, orange! Mr. Polk resurrected my 30 year old grandfather clock that had been "out of business" for over a…read moremonth. I called Mr. Polk after seeing his on line add. To my pleasant surprise, He shared with me some actions I might try to avoid having to pay him a service charge and mileage to visit my home in NE Louisiana. I found his effort to try to avoid me having to incur costs to be highly unusual but very much appreciated. When the clock didn't respond to my efforts, Mr. Polk promptly worked me into his schedule and arrived 5 days after we talked. Mr. Polk invited me to watch his every step in repairing my clock and to ask questions. I found this to be an exception to that which usually occurs when a service person makes a home visit. I am extremely pleased to give Mr. Polk my deep appreciation for his professionalism, friendliness, and excellent quality craftsmanship while "resurrecting" my clock as well as the numerous follow up calls inquiring about the clock's performance.
