I've been lucky, particularly in small communities, that you get more and prettier for your money -- I guess they care more about their name. Anyway, the plant/flowers I requested (asking the florist to use their best judgment) was according to my niece "beautiful," and absolutely relayed love from us at her father's memorial service. When I called, I was greeted with the most pleasant assistance and customer service, a can do attitude, extremely simple ordering process and the ability to even share any special requests I had for the arrangement - which I had! What was delivered was simply beautiful with so many different types of flowers - and they were all fresh! Great value for the money, timely delivery, beautiful floral arrangement and amazing service! I'm posting a 4/5 rating only because of communication - I was advised that once the arrangement had been delivered, I would receive notification - and I didn't. I had also specifically requested a picture of the arrangement be texted to me before it went out for delivery and, while I was told it would be, it wasn't. I was pressed to spend more than $100 so maybe that's why they were this but not exactly what I expected. I appreciate no carnations , baby's breath, or cheap bow but kinda disappointed in what we did get. The recipient was so happy so it did its job. However, I didn't envision it quite like this and did feel pressured to spend more which I have not ever experienced from a florist. I was also told "we don't use clear vases"... sooo. Kinda wish what I ordered was more transparent than the vase.
