The owner quickly looked at the bracelet and proceeded to tell me that she doesn't recommend bracelets under $500 to get a safety chain! I told her that my bracelet had been appraised and it's worth well over $500 and she proceeded to tell me that a jewelers appraise pieces for whatever they want! My bracelet was appraised by GIA which certifies 95% of the diamonds that come from jewelry stores all over the country! It was extremely reckless and disrespectful for her to value a customer's piece of jewelry without putting under a microscope and assessing the cut and clarity of the diamonds! As I walked out she also proceeded to tell someone very loudly that she doesn't do anything for free! She has a nice-nasty attitude that lacks tact, professionalism and more importantly integrity! I heard she used to be in a kiosk in the mall and she moved to a storefront. If she isn't careful about treating customers and prospective customers with respect she will find herself back in that same kiosk or out of business! Rumored to be the best place in town, but also the most expensive. The First Lady we dealt with was very stiff, rigid, straight to the point and all about business. Almost seemed annoyed we were bothering here. Just did fact finding the first visit. Second visit, new lady, much more user friendly and help us place our order. Ordered a PCS plaque for a co-worker. I thought a fair price and can turn it around in 10 days. I forgot to bring the farewell message for the plaque so they said I could email it in and did so the next day. They didn't respond to my email despite my request to confirm receipt so tomorrow I will call to follow up. I'll post pictures once I get the actual plaque.
