Roy responded quickly and provided an estimate the next day. Within a couple of days, I had scheduled the installation with Luis - the installation manager. Luis came by a few days later to verify the measurements & remove the existing drawer "faces". He then built the new drawers & spray painted them with several coats of customer supplied paint. On installation day, Luis & his helper showed up on time and made "short work" of installing the drawers, hardware & reattaching the "faces". Then when I told him that I will keep him as an option because he can't guve me an certainty & ima continue to look, he then gets mad and goes onto to tell me that his schedule is busy and he can't drop everything for me when I never asked him to. Was just trying to get a set time and date for the job... He goes onto telling me he can come tomorrow and get measurements after his job and will lower the price for the inconvenience. I then agreed, the next day he called and said he couldn't make it because the job was longer then expected and he will come out on Sunday to work but now he has to eat aide the price since he is now having to work on a Sunday. Me being tired of waiting and needing my door fixed, I still agreed and he said he will be here around noon. I send him a text message around 2:30pm and the conversation is off... (will be posted) Overall, ZERO stars. I will never recommend him for many different reasons...
