I had been to Luv before on a visit last year so I was excited to see some of their newer pieces. The parking is okay if you are able to find street parking but if not there are parking areas all around. I was able to park and walk and I paid about $2.50 to park but I paid for 2hrs. The store isn't very big but they managed to have a lot of selection to choose from. I would say that the store had a little bit for everyone. I am not sure how diverse the sizes are. The store was very clean and well organized. The lady who was there was really nice and she asked me if I needed any help and I told her yes! She helped me the best way that she could. Unfortunately I didn't up finding anything but I was still thankful that I went in. Overall cute, trendy and fun place!

I just bought 2 rompers for my friend and I and she discounted them close to $10 for both. I'll attach pictures. The owner has random discounts on colors on various days. The last time I was here, blue was discounted 25%. Today, everything is 10% off because of tax-free weekend, and it's stackable with the clearance. They have lots of cute things for various occasions. The rompers I bought were ultra-suede and super super soft with a little stretch for a nice fit. I'm 145 lbs 5'1 and a medium fit perfectly. It's thick enough for fall as well and a nice chocolate color. The wait today was really long because the owner talked for a very long time with the customers in front of us. We waited a good 15 minutes before we finally made it to the cash register.

I went for a Yoni experience. This is something I do in Los Angeles regularly and have for some time now. But much to my surprise, Practitioner Jamie , who is also the owner was one of the best I have experienced. Before you have your steam, she gives you a complete consolidation, she gives you intake forms and she guides you from there. When you are in the treatment room, you are treated with kindness and you suddenly feel as if you are somewhere else. The natural oils and herbs delight you with the pleasant smells that delight your senses. You are then guided through a beautiful meditation. It is very clean and almost feels sacred. After your treatment you are given recommendations to keep you on your path of true healing. If you live in the LR area, you should treat yourself to this experience. The customer service at this store is embarrassing and there is zero accountability about timely delivery. THEN, we learned that the shirts aren't actually even made in house and instead the store owner simply takes measurements on site and then sends said measurements to a manufacturer in China and then you as the customer have to wait months if not an entire year for the Chinese manufacturer to ship you your shirts. They even tried to cover the name of the Chinese company who manufactures the shirts on the box but it was easily removable. They should be ashamed of themselves for saying that this is a bespoke custom tailor shop. VERY disappointed!

We browsed with clear intent to purchase for nearly 20 minutes and were treated as though we were invisible. What we did receive was surveillance. An employee followed us at a distance the entire time -- not to help, but to watch. Then a regular customer walked in. The transformation was immediate. Multiple employees rushed to greet him, addressed him as "Doctor," asked about his weekend plans, and provided the attentive, personalized service that had apparently been unavailable to us moments earlier. For context: my husband is also a physician. The difference? They didn't know that. Luxury retail isn't about recognizing certain titles or catering to familiar faces. It's about consistency, professionalism, and making every customer feel welcome. What we witnessed was selective hospitality -- enthusiastic deference for the "right" person, suspicion and indifference for the rest. That isn't upscale. It's exclusionary. We won't be returning, and we'll gladly spend our money at Mr. Wicks who understands respect should not be conditional.
