They didn't have that much of a selection of gel nail colors but I'm picky with colors. They also do a lot of air brushing as well. The person at the counter looked up my name and said you had 3 but they expired last week. If you would've come in last week you could've used them. I said really, okay, well I am not going to buy a new package since I just lost 3 sessions that I paid for. I left and went home and looked at the FAQ and it says packages never expire. I then emailed them and no response or phone call. Below is directly from their website. Do my sessions / packages ever expire? There are no time dates or expiry dates on packages or sessions purchased. They are there until you use them. A little customer service goes a long way. I bought 5 sessions, 3 expired. Do you think I will be back and how many people do you think I've told this story too? I've been going there since 2004, will find a new place.
