The carpet was quoted £3000 for for one room of our own measuremens so we were not willing to pay that amount when he doesn't have the curtesy along with a bad attitude that was "pay me before I've even come to see the job" nothing short of bad manner and no drive to want any work! definitely recommend not wasting your time and going to a more friendly and helpful competitor!

Not very impressed. I ordered a new stairs carpet and living room floor through Cristini Carpets…read morein Oct 2020. They were well fitted but the salesman sold me waaay more carpet than was needed based on the dimensions I provided leaving me with a large amount of carpet I couldn't use. As a customer I trust salesmen to calculate an appropriate area of carpet for the purpose. I asked if they would accept the rest to be returned for a refund but received no response. Poor.
