Larry was very helpful and provided great customer service…read more Decided to cancel service with our current mechanic and went with the Forklift Guy for our schedule maintenance. First mechanic we used for our PM's was not what we expected. He did not pay any attention to the problems we pointed out. We requested a new mechanic and this one seemed to be much better but still not great. after a couple PM services we got a 3rd mechanic. This one seemed to know everything and claimed to be the best. One of the lifts started overheating, well after several service calls and over $1,800 in parts and labor and 3 different mechanics they could not fix or figure out why the lift was overheating. In the end I ended our service contract and contacted another mechanic which pointed out all the dust and dirt clogging the pores on the radiator. radiator was cleaned out and guess what? No more overheating. only rated 2 stars because Larry was great to work with. mechanics rated 0 stars.

Made an appt for them to service our forklift for the 1st time as our previous company let us down…read moreafter 30 yrs of being with them. Wild West promised they would come down the same week to work on our forklift. They didn't show up. I called they apologized and then set up a new date. They didn't show up. So I called and canceled them completely and got a new service. But now I can't shake these guys. We've told them numerous times to cancel us and take our info out of their system and they either show up or text or email us that they are coming at a certain date and time. So just know... no matter if they have never shown up before and you tell them to lose your number... you are NEVER getting rid of them. Absolutely ridiculous. I feel so bad that we ever gave my warehouse manager's cell info to them. Thank goodness we found an amazing forklift maintenance company now. The new company makes the appt ... and actually shows up to it!
