Established in 1977 Our Company has been owned and operated by Mary Lee and Floyd Hershberger since 1977. It is their skill and attention to detail that has made this business a well-respected leader in the local community and throughout the industry. When B-J Trophies & Awards was founded, the industry was in its infancy and the classic trophy was the mainstay of our business. Over the years,however, we have expanded our line of services to meet the needs of the world marketplace community. We have constantly looked to the future, bringing the latest technology and processes to our clients: All-computerized engraving facility, State-of-the-art laser engraving, Full-color Photo ID and security badges and Digital Wide-Format Printing. Now well into the 21st century, we continue to grow to better serve our clients. What started out as a dedicated husband and wife team has grown to a large, highly skilled staff, serving thousands of customers per year.

Meet the Business Owner: Floyd H.

As one of only 56 internationally recognized "Certified Recognition Masters" in the industry, Floyd has earned over 170 hours of contiuning education credits by attending and presenting cutting-edge classes and seminars within our professional trade association. We are also proud to be members of the exclusive "Recognition Roundtable", an organization which has helped to foster an atmosphere of execllence in the awards and recognition industry for over 10 years. Locally, Floyd is a founding member and president of the North Magnolia Merchants Association which in conjunction with local government has facilitated the revitalization of our business neighborhood. He is also an active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and Ocala Business Leaders, a professional network in our community.
