I have had a few instances where I've spoken to customer service for an address change/size change/ or wrong order and they were quick to reply and fix the situation. We were regular customers in NJ for many years before moving here. Today we were extremely. Disappointed and quite frankly very upset. We purchased about 10 items every 2 pieces were wrung up with 25% off of the 2 items. This did not come out as buy one get one free. I have never had a time in this store feeling as though this company is trying to rip customers off. Other people in the store also agreed. Put up signs that say 25% off each item If that is what you are doing. Shame on you for thinking people are not as smart as you. Do better. Just as an FYI we spent over $500 today. The ladies room was not just filthy -- which it was -- but it also had cracked, dirty floors, plumbing fixtures that were so outdated I was amazed they worked and why is the toilet 6 inches off the floor?. Honestly, I have seen gas-station restrooms that would put this one to shame, and not in a god way. To add insult to smelly injury: I could not find a clerk to ring up my merchandise. I finally left in disgust. I will not be going back.

Some cute some very well priced and some in the stratosphere. Dillards actually caries real Luis Vuitton handbags and luggage but.... I am not an LV consumer. Clothes... great when there are sales. You have to watch for deals, coupons and price slashing before during and after holidays. I was just recently very successful with the purchase of a makeup bag that is perfect for my trip coming up. Normally I wouldn't pay $48.00 actually $52.00 for a makeup bag but I believe I will keep this one for quite some time. The lady that helped me in the cosmetics section kept me in her "sights" while I was shopping around the entire store... she didn't want to miss getting credit for my purchase.
