VERY disappointed in the lack of care for their customers…read more I am VERY disappointed with Speedshot. I was called I believe on 4/28 by Speedshot and told that several kids on our team did NOT have their individual photos taken. I had 2 children on the team, and 1 of them (my son) did not have his individual done. The guy from Speedshot said "I think when I told the coach who was with your son we were good, he thought that meant with everything and that's why the individual didn't get taken". The coach with my son was his dad. So I tell him, well lets meet up and get a quick photo taken and he says thats a great idea, he can come out to the fields and "make it work". He says hes going to contact the other parents on the team who apparently had kids not get an indiv photo either and he'll call me back with the plan. He didn't call back. I called HIM last week to see what was up and he gave me the same story. I gave him our game schedule and said it would be nice if we could do it before or even after a game, and that I'm sure parents would even try to come out on days we DONT have a game, considering they ordered photos and turned in money for them. He said "Great, I'll call you Saturday morning." No call Saturday, 5/13. Instead, we are given our daughters pictures which are fine and the package we ordered and a packet with a team photo and ONE 8x10 (yes, just ONE) of my son and his dad with a voided check and a note that says "no individual photos, check has been returned, if you still want individuals please call XYZ." So I couldn't receive a phone call, just a cop-out note? ARE YOU KIDDING ME. What a poor example of running a business. And to think, other parents on our team had this happen as well. I am VERY unhappy and VERY disappointed as our first year photos are non-existent except for what I have taken on my own. Next year I will be volunteering to ensure that our kids and their parents are not screwed over like this. There needs to be organization or a better photographer who pays attention and has a checklist of who has had what photo taken if planning to do different poses/shots. We will not be purchasing photos ever through this company and will hire our own photographer for sports photos as our children continue to play.
