They hired a serving company to have them served, but this company was unable to find them during the times they made attempts.....SOOO....UGH!!! But, Anne informed me that her and the girls in the office would do some modern-day gum-shooing to help locate this individual. They did so, and after another couple of weeks were able to make contact in a non-offensive manner as to not create any more strain on an already tense situation. They even functioned as a neutral point of contact so we could finish settling our negotiations.
