At first…read moreI thought his directness was something I could appreciate but I is not him being direct, it is him not caring to listen and cut you off. He was never prepared for court. He would depend on me to give bring him everything he needed and ask me what I wanted to do in court. It never really felt like he cared about what he did and he simply did not put any effort into it. Every time I called a new assistant would answer the phone, I think it says a lot when you can't keep help around. The last time we were in court he made no effort to stop the other side. From the stand I actually had to look at him and ask him if he was going to step in. Finally it was the JUDGE that stepped in on my behalf. Only call this man if you do not care if you are properly represented.

This wasn't an easy one, either, as the person I was divorcing wasn't in the state. In fact, they were about 1,300 away, so finding this individual took some effort. They hired a serving company to have them served, but this company was unable to find them during the times they made attempts.....SOOO....UGH!!! But, Anne informed me that her and the girls in the office would do some modern-day gum-shooing to help locate this individual. They did so, and after another couple of weeks were able to make contact in a non-offensive manner as to not create any more strain on an already tense situation. They even functioned as a neutral point of contact so we could finish settling our negotiations. It's law, and it's a divorce, but I feel the price I paid was worth it, because I was treated in a respectful, and valued manner. Zac, or any one of the persons in his office were always cheerful and accommodating which left me feeling like I had chosen the correct lawyer to accommodate my unfortunate situation.
