She told me she would add it after she finished curling my hair? Wait, what? How would that protect my hair from the heat that is coming from the straightener that you're using? I asked again and she said she would apply it afterwards. She just used some oils at the end. I was irked. I can say I left not a happy customer. Whether the customer is wrong or not, you should listen to them. Customers are not always right, but if it's what I want and what I paid for. Do what I say!
