Purchased an IPL package which requires me to come in for regular appointments, so I thought I'd wait until after a few sessions before leaving a review. So far so good, the location is great as it's in walking distance from the Glen Waverley train station. They stay open pretty late during the week compared to a lot of other beauty establishments, which is convenient for full-timers. The text reminders the day before an appointment are super handy (I have the memory of a goldfish!) and I've been able to reschedule with no issues. Flexibility is key for me as stuff does come up at the last minute sometimes. The staff are friendly and always ask me if I'm doing ok when undergoing an IPL treatment, as it is not the most pleasant experience for most people. But as they say, no pain, no gain! I've had IPL done in other places where they don't ask you how you are and expect you to bear through it, but the girls here are very reassuring and talk you through the process, and if at any point it's too painful, you can just say so and they will readjust the settings if need be.
