they would not give me a return to me label as it was against the store policy. They are worried…read moresomeone would send a bomb back and they would be liable. what a crock of stuff. I was visibly frustrated by this and they refused to even have my business and refused to send my package. They said I was rude. I went to the UPS store on 12th street and they were very accommodating and helpful. They printed an return label and it would be delivered to the store and they would call me when it arrived. NO problem. The rimrock store is not very helpful.
