However recently I had seen a very good deal on some flooring in Wickes and so bought it from this store. I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff's knowledge, friendliness and helpfullness. I made use of the free delivery as I was spending over £300 and was pleased to find out I could have it delivered on Saturday for no extra charge. When needing to return some unused packets they were again helpful and friendly. I will be using this store again in the future.

When a problem did arise regarding sourcing stock for the power supply needed for the switch box they kept me in the loop at all times and even offered to ship the two items separately or have the power supply shipped from their supplier direct to me. A plumbering service!…read more Three nights after I moved into my current home, my internal drains overflowed. I called out this company. It was a Sunday evening and this guy turned up at around ten to have a look. I won't go into detail but this guy faced every challenge with good humour and grace. We even drank tea together in the bathroom. His colleagues had to come back the following day, and I left them to it. When I came home everything was spotless. I thoroughly recommend them!
