We asked them to install a brand new product, Brava composite roofing, that they'd never worked with before. Jonathan spent a lot of extra time on the phone with the Brava technical team making sure that his installation was beyond reproach. They dedicated their best crew of installers to our project (start to finish) to make sure it was done perfectly. Daniel and Jonathan worked on the roof themselves and were often on site to make sure it was perfect. Vicente and his crew were always polite, neat and respectful. He came the next day and took measurements and said he would get back with me. He sent the quote for two types of repair. I took the cheaper of the two and it looks awesome. Chris was on time Thursday, quickly started work and finished late that afternoon. The garage looks great and I have had lots of compliments on how well it looks. His truck and equipment were clean and in excellent condition. When I looked over the job he was doing, I was impressed with his work. He was cleaning everything from the roof, sidewalks, vinyl siding, deck and driveway. Got a business card from SimpliClean and asked him for a quote. He came to my house and met with me. Gave me a price and told me exactly what he would be doing. He did the job, completely washed the roof of which was black with mildew and to my amazement the roof looked brand new.
