We accidentally booked two different moving help companies, one of which was Unlimited Enterprises…read more The Unlimited Enterprises men showed up on Tuesday, 24 March 2026; however, the UBox containers had not yet arrived. After two hours of waiting for the UBoxes, we advised the movers that we didn't expect the UBoxes until later in the day. At that point, they left. We received the UBoxes later in the afternoon. The next morning, a team from another company showed up a little after 8 AM. They were efficient, rapid, and treated our household goods with care. While they were loading our UBoxes, the team from Unlimited Enterprises showed up; however, they offered no help. They did, however, take the payment code and now have our money. Having discovered this, we contacted UHaul, who confirmed that we were double booked. They sent us a new payment code for the movers who actually did the work. But the crew from Unlimited Enterprises got our money without actually doing the work we contracted.

I used this company in January and they did not live up to the reputation. As soon as the movers…read moreshowed up, they started complaining about how much they had to move. They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.
