We had a short fuse need to clear out of a storage locker (10x15, jammed full). After our initial triage of the situation we Googled for "trash disposal" and Junk*King popped up. We called this morning as were scheduled from an afternoon pickup "between 2 - 4". The driver called at 1:15 to let us know they were running late and would be arriving between 3 and 3:30. They arrived at 3:00 promptly, surveyed the scope of work, and gave us an excellent quote for the job. They worked diligently for 45 minutes to fully load (and then some) their large truck. They were very courteous and professional and awesomely strong! I recently contacted Junk King of Birmingham on a Sunday about some debris removal. The appointment was set for the next day between 12pm and 2pm. I received a call around 9:30 saying they were running ahead of schedule and would it be OK to come a little earlier. I agreed and they were here at 10:00am. Luke and Chris were both professional and courteous. They quoted me a fair price and I agreed to the job. They quickly loaded the debris on their truck and were on their way. We used Junk king to haul away what was left after living 20 years in one house. Junk King was early both days, and very friendly. My husband had forgotten he had put his extensive collection of baseball cards in the very junky attic, and we had told them to clean it out.
