The other location on 24th is closed so I have had to go across town to this one, super disappointing to get there and not be able to get what we needed, never mind the roads being absolutely terrible right now. The first two times (when they were actually open as advertised), the dude with long hair was working the counter and both times he was cool. There is not a huge selection of what I wanted and prices were a bit higher than I have seen elsewhere, but it was a decent experience. I don't think I'll drive back across town to gamble on it again.

I tried to take it back thinking that they would just easily return it and give me a new one. The thing helping me inside the store told me she'd give me a discount on a new one and offered me give me $2 off a new torch with the same policy she had on the old one. If it's broken or a piece of s*** that's my problem. I told her to get lost and I told her that I'd probably be writing a review and this is what I'm doing with so many other pipe stores and places you can get supplies I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE.
