The first two times (when they were actually open as advertised), the dude with long hair was working the counter and both times he was cool. There is not a huge selection of what I wanted and prices were a bit higher than I have seen elsewhere, but it was a decent experience. I don't think I'll drive back across town to gamble on it again.

I tried to take it back thinking that they would just easily return it and give me a new one. The thing helping me inside the store told me she'd give me a discount on a new one and offered me give me $2 off a new torch with the same policy she had on the old one. If it's broken or a piece of s*** that's my problem. In addition to being a great selection, all of their goods come at a price that can't be beat!! I've noticed that high noon is cheaper than any other vape store in billings by a crazy amount. When we first moved to billings we went to high noon simply because it was the closest, but now we won't go anywhere else! The people are always happy to chat and give great recommendations!
