I looked up and saw that the fascia it was was rotted. I called Heritage and they came out and gave me a price to fix it, but I thought it was something that should have been replaced when my roof was done three years ago and therefore went with another company to fix it. The workman pointed out several areas of plywood were rotted away. He said there was no way that type of rot could have taken place in three years. Over the worst area, Heritage had nailed down a piece of flashing over the rotted wood, and then covered it with the roof liner. Do not use this company.

Cody, an employee for Hahn, subsequently came out and found the source of leaking into the brick wall. He fixed that promptly. He also did maintenance for my entire roof, and caulked and fixed other aspects of my metal roof. He's extremely capable. Despite this, because again the way my roof drained, there was water coming over my flashing and hitting my window. At this point, a gutter recommendation was given. After the gutters were installed, there hasn't been any problem whatsoever. I will give a separate review of the gutters (On The Edge Gutters). I highly recommend Hahn's roofing.
