The air conditioning wasn't working well at the time we visited so it was rather warm downstairs, but the private rooms upstairs are a little cooler. Still, it was a bit warm, so the therapists had to bring in a fan in the room and leave the door partially open to allow cool air to come in, so we lost a little bit on the "privacy" aspect but since at the time, there weren't a lot of people around, it was okay. The massage therapists were good - they always checked if the pressure was right or if the hot towel was the right temperature. They also gave me a heads-up when they have to move a limb or change positions (I had a Swedish Massage). The hot towels were a nice touch and allowed for a more relaxing experience. They also provided robes (top and shorts), so if you are a bit shy, then, you can be rest assured that you won't feel completely exposed. They were also on time and the Receptionists were very courteous and knowledgeable. They only have female massage therapists, we were told, and all are TESDA- and DoH- accredited. They offered us a cup of ginger tea after the massage (tasted great that we decided to buy ginger tea after the massage). Another nice touch! The Swedish and Combination Massage (my sister had this), each cost P600. They are double the price what we pay for when we request for home service massage, but between the better quality massage, the nice ambiance (even with weak air conditioning), the professional attitude of the Receptionists and Therapists, the added client care with the use of hot towels to wipe off the oils and the ginger tea in the end -- it's worth it!
