Update from 8/22 review I posted…read more.. I meet with several staff members and discussed a solutions... My mom was moved to a different room in another building, when I visited her she was happy, excited to tell me the the nurse put her in a special wheelchair and took her down to play bingo.. she said I won $2! They also, provided an echo so she can command the echo to call me and other family members without using her hands. I left feeling comfortable my mom was smiling and being taken cared of.
