We have them for the isles treatments. They do a great job. However, they aren't great with communicating with us.

Babin sent two guys out to do maintenance and repair on our sprinkler system. They did exceptional work and were friendly and polite. They found sprinklers we didn't know existed (buried under the concrete of a fence post!)! Highly recommend. read more

I had tried on numerous occasions to get Babin to come out and give me a quote on a spring cleanup and mulching. I even talked to the owner twice and he assurred me, he or someone would come out to give me an estimate on the work. Never happened! They don't even call you back! I wanted to use a local landscaper for a moderate size spring yard cleanup and some serious mulching (which I hate to do) and had seen their trucks around town, so I called them at least 4 times, but they were obviously too busy to even consider my business. This was last spring. I wonder how their business is doing now with people cutting back on these types of services? Called many times since the winter about a spring clean up and even emailed. I never got a call back.

Our patio sinking into ground and uneven. We contracted Babin to install a patio around our pool. After installation it looked beautiful and just what we wanted....we thought. Two years later, the patio is sinking and the pavers are cracking in between. We called them to come for a repair estimate and they won't even call us back. No respone at all! I understand there are some things that can happen that are unforeseen or out of their control but to not call back is unacceptable. I would never recommend them for a job because they don't stand by their work. read more

I live on a private gravel road in Pepperell and the residents here have used Babin for years to plow and do spring road repair. I'm impressed with Babin's quick response times and general attention to detail. There have been a few mishaps over the years, but overall Babin does a good job keeping the road open and maintained. On the landscaping front, I've had Babin do several major projects ( including a full lawn reinstallation complete with irrigation ). They were on time, on budget, and willing to be flexible even with last-minute changes to the plan. I've had them do property maintenance, fruit tree maintenance, and material delivery ( stone and mulch ). Overall, I'm very pleased with Babin. read more

I paid them in advance to care for my yard all summer, from the first thaw to the last leaf cleanup. Mid November rolled around and my yard was overflowing with leaves. When I called, first they guffawed and said I should have called earier, that they have stopped fall clean ups weeks ago. I reminded them I paid for the entire season. He acted like he was doing me a big favor to come clean up the leaves - they did a half-ass job and then, for the kicker - they sent me a bill. For the service I already paid for. read more
