We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Not only did the tow truck arrive ( driven by his son) Robert arrived in his OWN vehicle to drive us to the tire store. Talk about 1st Class Service. We are so grateful for this company.

They were able to give us a rough estimate on when they could pick us up and Andy was able to tow us all the way to Salt Lake City. The tow truck driver said this was a family business and reasonable. It was 7:00 and I had to wait an hour before it opened. The man behind the counter was friendly. After several minutes he came back to me and said the alternator was out. The part was available and he could get the truck repaired and should be done in 3-4 hours. We had a photography tour at Canyon X. He suggested a shuttle company to take us out there and he said the truck should be repaired by the time we got back. Thank you B&L in getting our truck repaired and here we are in Moab continuing our road trip!
