It was terrible from the start when he kept bothering us about having finances and prying for confidential information from our lender even though we had a preapproval letter. It only went downhill from there as he took forever to respond to anything. He also tried to hide things about the house from us and convince us that it would be no problem and try to reassure us by comparing to different houses that were allegedly similar even though they were completely different. For comparison the realtor for the next house we looked at completed tasks in under 24 hours which took Jason 3 days to get back to us.

Exceptionally poor communication, she did everything possible to stall and kill this transaction. From the very first attempt to contact her regarding a piece of property she was taking credit for, to almost the last day, she was inaccessible. The seller only saw her 2 times! Then, she has her 'assistant send an email to OUR lender asking if we could afford the house! We came to the table prequalified! Our lender refused to comment. Horrible experience for someone who claims to have been doing this for 20 yrs. I do not recommend this realtor at all. Stay away if want to be excited about a purchase. Our seller was angry about having to pay her for doing nothing. Oh, and she wouldn't answer her phone on the weekend. What realtor doesn't work Saturdays? Bad experience. Lied to her client about not getting an email concerning some household items we wanted to purchase, and for what? Oh, she wasn't going to make a commission on that sale. I could go on, and on. However, she provided relevant info and answered all questions from both attorneys, my wife and me. She was quite knowledgeable and well informed on the transactions then occurring in our neighborhood. In that divorce, I was awarded the house and lived there for another two years. Since she had impressed me in the earlier appraisal process, I contacted her when I decided to sell. She immediately jumped on the listing and arranged an open house within two weeks. After the open house, I had several offers, all of which were very near my asking price. After selecting a winning offer, Debbie stayed on all the parties involved and shepherded the inspections and information to the title company. The end result on this sale was a favorable closing within 60 days of listing. At the same time, Debbie found several homes for me to buy that met my criteria.
